SERVICES 

Services are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY and are not performed by licensed cosmetologists. All products used are non- toxic and cruelty-free. D'Spa Party Bus llc, owners & employees are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions that can or may occur during spa/party services/activities or due to the use of any products, food or costumes during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests’ parent or guardian to inform us of any specific allergies. Hosting parents assume all responsibility, the risk of all activities is that of the parents, and parents hosting the party. Please fill out Liability waiver. Here

BUS PARKING

 Before booking and placing a deposit, please be sure that you have the space for our Party Bus to park for the allotted party time. The D'Spa Bus is 30 feet long. If you are using a parking lot space of a venue, park, building, church, etc., it is your responsibility to communicate with the owner and confirm that our bus will be allowed to park there for the allotted party time. 

PARTY RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS 

Please be sure that the point of contact is the person that will be the Hosting Parent of your event. To reserve your party/event date, a non-refundable deposit of $200 from total is due once your party is confirmed. You will receive a final invoice via email and the remaining balance is due date of the party Before service is started. 

TRAVEL FEES

D'Spa Party Bus llc. calculates travel fees from New Haven, CT (06513) to client’s confirmed event location & return. The travel fee will be added to your final invoice based on the suggested routes on Google maps. We travel up to 35 miles from New Haven, CT (06513) Without a fee. If you are outside of our travel area and would like us to travel to you, please contact us for a quote

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING We have a no refund policy. If you must reschedule, please do so 10 days prior to your event. FINAL PAYMENT Final invoices are emailed 10 days prior to your event. If you book a party within 5 days, you must pay your total in full at the time of booking. 

GRATUITY Gratuity/Tipping charges are not required for clients; however, are appreciated for a job well done by our hostesses 

. We do not allow outside food and/or beverages on our party bus for safety and sanitary reasons. 

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT We like to personalize the music playlist for each party based on the guest of honor preferences- music type (pop, rock, rap, etc.), specific artists or songs. We typically play Kids Bop music but have access to all music types. This helps to ensure the girls are comfortable from the start. Please send at least 48 hours before your scheduled party to give us ample time to create and save the playlist. PHOTOS AND VIDEO Don’t worry! We will take lots of photos to share with you after the party and you will receive a secure link with all the photos within 24 hours after the party. We will also post a couple to our social media pages and encourage you to share with your family and friends. Unless notified by the client (via email), any pictures taken during the party may be used for marketing to promote D'Spa Party Bus Celebrations. 

SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we at D'Spa Party Bus , LLC reserve the right to reschedule your event. If you choose to cancel your event for any reason due remember your deposit is nonrefundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party (with no charges) for an alternate date.

GUEST BEHAVIOR It is not our responsibility to discipline party guests. It is the responsibility of the hosting parent to appropriately handle any children that are misbehaving.

 DAMAGE While we do understand that accidents happen, the client may be held responsible for any excessive damage sustained to costumes or property of D'Spa Bus.
