• Due to the reservation nature of our business, your deposit is ​non-refundable.

• If the full amount is paid at the time of booking, $200 will be withheld from any refunds for a cancelled reservation request.

• If you must cancel for any reason the party may be rescheduled once (upon request) and we will do our best to accommodate your desired date based on availability. Parties must be rescheduled within 90 days of the request to reschedule as we will not hold deposits for unscheduled dates.

• We can only allow one rescheduling. Therefore, if you request to reschedule twice we will not be able to host your party and your $200 deposit will not be refunded.

• We reserve the right to automatically reschedule and/or cancel parties due to non payment at anytime after the balance due date.

• ​Under no circumstances will a refund or partial refund be issued once the party has been hosted.

• In the event of inclement weather, parties will be rescheduled. Inclement weather includes snow, sleet, hail, ice on roads, flooding, and thunderstorms. We will host parties in rain that is not severe. Decisions to travel in weather is based on our route and we will inform you of any weather updates as soon as possible.

• A full refund will only be issued due to bus mechanical failure
